About Me
With over thirty years experience leading creative teams and developing public programmes, I have been through re-structures and redundancies from all sides. I have supported new managers to gain confidence and leaders to achieve their vision. Now my focus in on supporting others to succeed.
I specialise in working with arts and heritage professionals and those working in the not for profit sector. I know how tough it can be to stay focused and motivated — sometimes, a bit of support is all you need to gain confidence and achieve your goals .
I qualified as a coach in 2010 having completed the award winning BBC Executive Coaching Course.I have been a member of the Association for Coaching since 2013. In 2024 I qualified as a Relational Dynamic Coach with Culture at Work and Relational Dynamics 1st Ltd. I have regular supervision to support my practice and am fully insured.

One to one coaching provides a safe and confidential space for you work through whatever issues or conundrums you want to explore. It allows you to come up with practical solutions and enables you to be where or how you want to be.
One to one coaching is available online or face to face.
Walking Coaching
If you enjoy being outdoors and close to nature or literally think better on your feet, this is for you. Walking side by side allows for a relaxed session with space for silence. Walk for 1 – 1.5 hours.
Walking Coaching is from our base in Somerset or from a mutually convenient location.
